1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clean Break website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

The information provided on this Site, including but not limited to the Executive Summary, Program checklists, and sober living resources, is for informational purposes only. Clean Break is an Independent Structured Living Program and not a licensed medical, mental health, or crisis intervention facility. Nothing on this Site should be construed as professional medical or legal advice.

3. Program Application and Non-Tenancy Disclosure

The Site may allow you to submit inquiries or applications for the Clean Break program. You acknowledge that:

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.

  • Clean Break is a shared living program and not a traditional residential tenancy.

  • All financial projections or bed rates ($900 – $1,100) listed on the Site are estimates based on our standard and premium 4-plex models and are subject to change.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and document templates (such as the "CleanBreak Needs Checklist"), is the property of Clean Break and its four partners. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use regarding your interest in the program, but you may not redistribute or sell this content without express written consent.

When using the Site or submitting information, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading identification or sobriety status.

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security features or the smart keyless entry integrations linked through our digital portal.

  • Use the Site to harass or intimidate the partners or other program participants.

Clean Break provides this Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for errors in the unit configurations or pricing listed on the Site due to typographical mistakes or market changes.
